Together, we’ll closely examine every facet of your life to connect the dots and figure out what’s going on beneath the surface.

Stress reduction, better diet, toxin avoidance, quality sleep, exercise, and the list goes on–there’s room for improvement everywhere in your life. All you need is someone, like me, to hold you accountable, educate you with science-backed guidance, and support you throughout your journey.

Julie Reuter has been in Redding for over 27 years and has been helping people improve their lives through health and fitness for the past 15 years.

Before setting up her own practice, Julie honed her coaching skills working as a Health and Fitness instructor at Simpson University and a Physical Education Teacher.

Julie is a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner from the School of Applied Functional Medicine and a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) with a Masters in Physical Education & Health.

My office is based in Redding, CA, where I primarily help people in this close-knit community who want to take control of their health and wellness. I work with clients who appreciate the serenity of our city filled with gorgeous lakes, rivers, parks, and iconic landmarks–like the Sundial Bridge–where they can reset and reap the health benefits of the fresh air and therapeutic relaxing environment.
